According to the Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick, there was a traffic fatality around 11:57 a.m. on Highway 278 East near the bridge. The Hanceville Police Department has named the suspect in tonight's incident as Justin McCoy Booth, 24. Around 11:55 a.m. on March 16, Lucas Spencer Holton, age 21 of Altoona, was fatally injured when his vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a military fuel tanker.
